Spacious and Comfortable Room

Relaxing Pool Area

My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the beach area was clean and the pool was nice, the issue with our room downgrade really affected our stay. The service we received was unprofessional and rude, especially when it came to resolving the issues with our room. It’s a shame because the property itself is lovely, but the management and staff attitudes ruined it for us.
